Unlike the discount brokerages, we provide full-service listing services, including professional photography, property signage, MLS marketing, online marketing, open houses, and electronic lockbox service, all included in one low rate.

How are we able to offer such low rates for our services? Because we are our own brokerage and everything is done in-house, we do not have high marketing or overhead costs, and we pass the savings on to you.
