High Tide is about as good as it gets from our perspective as renters in the San Diego area. My wife and I rented a downtown condo in East Village for over a year from HTP. The place was clean, all annual maintenance (changing air filters, checking fire alarms) was done efficiently and courteously and the management team (Seung, Charlie, etc.) were always very kind and responsive to any request. I would HIGHLY recommend working with them if you are looking for a place to rent anywhere in the San Diego Area. A+++

Charlie and Seung are caring, responsive, genuine landlords and have always acted with diligence when working with me to provide a safe and comfortable home to rent. Talk about excellent customer service! I'm a renter in a condo managed by High Tide. I sent in a request to repair the door to the balcony at 9 am on a Monday morning. By 10 am I had an e-mail response to me and a repairman. The repairman called at 10:30. By 12 noon he left my place and the door is like new. I expected a quick response but this is over the top as far as I'm concerned! This company also has a great online presence for managing rent payments and contacting their staff. The agent who showed me the property and the leasing agent were professional, super friendly, and helpful. 5 stars!

I have been living in a condo in Downtown San Diego that is managed by High Tide for the past year. As someone who has moved around a decent amount while in college, as well as the past few years after graduating, I have had to deal with my fair share of property management companies- most of which have not been pleasant. Thankfully, my experience with High Tide has been the exact opposite. Seung and Marston have acted in a very professional manner and treated my roommate and me with the utmost respect. Their responses to our needs while living here were timely and effective, and we really got the sense that they care about their tenants. Having recently made the transition from being a homeowner to being a tenant I was worried about the prospect of having a difficult landlord to deal with. Instead, I was fortunate enough to find a property managed by High Tide. From the first time I spoke with Jay on the phone he has been professional, responsive, and very pleasant to work with. The condo I moved into was having some work done prior to the move and he kept me informed of the progress at all times and was polite and patient with my many questions and phone calls. Everything they do from the lease signing to the move-in is very thorough and professional. Since moving in I have been impressed by how quickly they've responded to even the smallest maintenance detail or request. Jay and Seung are nice, friendly people who are a pleasure to work with. If I were still a property owner I would want a company like High Tide taking care of my interests. As a tenant I'm very thankful to have such professional, kind landlords.

High Tide Properties attends to any concerns immediately! Problems have always been handled in a professional manner, Managing agent has been available to me 7 days a week. High Tide Properties is a highly structured operation. Managing agent has always demonstrated sincere interest in my concerns as a tenant and expresses desire to see that tenant is satisfied with resolution of any problem. My "problems" were minor ones. My (beautiful) apartment was in excellent condition and attention to detail is evident. The appliances are of top quality and the black granite counter top is genuine. Questions are always answered. Information about the complex and the other tenants was provided. The application process and move-in was completed quickly and efficiently. The managing agent is caring and went out of way to assist me with some issues that were not his responsibility. I repeat, any concerns were taken care of immediately and is some cases instantly. I feel High Tide Properties sets the standard for how a property managing company should be organized and run. I have only accolades for Mr. Seung Lee, the President of High Tide Properties.
