High Tide Properties helps our clients manage, buy, and sell residential real estate properties to maximize their returns and tenant satisfaction. We have extensive experience in assisting our clients as buyer's agents, on renovating homes, and sale of property on hundreds of real estate transactions.

The founding broker, Seung Lee, opened High Tide Properties in 2004, after several bad experiences with "reputable" property management companies hired to manage his properties and not having any luck finding one that could do a good job. Since it’s opening, High Tide Properties has grown into a company that provides outstanding service for our clients, treating each rental property just as if they were our own. Our long list of happy repeat clients speak for themselves.

High Tide Properties also represents our clients in buying and selling their properties. We only provide our services for our existing clients. We offer great incentives to our management clients for our buyer and seller services.
